Refund policy
Returns
For orders placed online, returns must be post marked within 5 days of receipt of order delivery for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in its original condition that you received it with tags still attached. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Wild Blossom Boutique will not refund or credit back monies that were charged as shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to deny any refunds if the item is not in its original condition. All refunds will be processed to your original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
